FUNKY RED

This fish was inspired by a couple weird looking Reds I caught last year. I took some pictures of the fish with my phone but of course it ended up getting a little wet, when I dove in after my sisters sunglasses. I thought they were some designer expensive blah blah blah sunglasses, ended up being $3.99...my replacement phone $50 deductible...pictures of mutant redfish Gone 4 Ever...memories of event PRICELESS.

LOOKS FADE

It's an old saying, "Looks Fade". What I'm talking about though are those mean or sometimes judgemental looks that people often give you. It's those sideways stares and soft spoken whispers that I'm talking about. I am starting to get to where I'm at peace with myself and those looks and whispers just fade away into nothing...RWjr

Sometimes life throughs a curve ball at you or perhaps a hopping pile of bird droppings. Ravens have always been referred to as tricksters or mischievious. It's people like this that sometimes test your inner self with their actions. Or it's someting like this slow economy we are all in. Although considered a trickster the Raven was also thought of by the American Indians to have a respectful and high position in their beliefs. He would also help when people needed it.

We have to take the good with the bad and be able to move on in a positive way. Although it is probably the toughest thing to do. It's times like these that try men's souls, I'm staring to understand just what that means...
